ACCORDING GROUP has began the activity in 1995 as an exclusive distributor in Romania for silicone sealants producted by GE Bayer Silicones.

After the parnership with Ge Bayer Silicones, in 1997 the range of products has grown, by introducing the professional polyurethane foams, products used especially in windows mounting.

One important step in the evolution was the company decision, in 1997, to grow the business using the potential of the insulating glass producers industry. First, the company focused on supplying with materials for insulating glass (poliurethane and polisulphide sealants, hot melt, molecular sieve, space bars, connectors).

Since 2002, together with the growth of the clients and of the investitions in this domain, ACCORDING GROUP has proved to be one of the biggest suppliers of lines for the production of insulating glass.

Since 2005, the company has started also the commercialization of glass working machinery and accessories. In this business line it has the exclusiveness for TAMGLASS BAVELLONI – the most important producer of machinery and accessories for glass processing.

So, as a consequence of the permanent attention to our clients needs, the company is able to offer to its partners a complete system of materials, accessories, machinery and services needed for the production of insulating glass and for its tempering and has become in 2006 national leader in this sector.

Beginning with 2003 ACCORDING GROUP has decided to consolidate the distribution of the products under its own brand, COMPAKT, on the retail market. The company is commercializating on this market the next categories: silicone sealants, acrylic sealants, poliurethanic foams, adhesives, a.s.o.

Along with the development of products range and clients number, ACCORDING GROUP has expanded its coverage to be closer to its partners, developing a structure of branches. In 2007 we have 7 branches in: Iasi, Bucuresti, Cluj, Timisoara, Braila, Craiova si Brasov.
